This mobile food truck, run by two cousins, travels all over town to share their spin on top-notch Filipino street food. Stop by for juicy burgers served inside light and fluffy steamed buns, spiced pork or chicken siopao, and their mayo-smothered, sesame-and-cilantro-topped FnP Mayo-Fries, which are easily some of the best fries in the city. In addition to the restaurant, Godo's bakery has a wide selection of pastries and cakes available for purchase or order as well as an online store that sells everything from phone cards to chicken adobo that can be shipped to your house via two-day air. Limited menu and lunch specials are available for delivery through the Medical Center area.

Contrary to its name, Gold Ribbon is not just a bakeshop. It's a gorge-yourself buffet of Philippine dishes combined with a Mongolian stir-fry. The buffet includes some standout dishes such as pork afritada, sontanghon and chicken tinola. But, for better or worse, our favorite was the dinuguan, pork blood stew.
